Panic attack

Pulsing headache
Nausea
Tension & pain across shoulders
Pounding heart
Difficulty breathing
Sharp pain to the side of neck

This is anxiety, a panic attack.

Breathing deep and slow.
Being mindful, in this moment.
Acknowledging without judgment.
Accepting what is.
Not fighting against it.
Allowing it to flow through and out.
Identifying the trigger.
Listening to the old story of scarcity.
Responding with today’s truth.
Still on edge, but the panic is gone and the tension diminished.

Anxiety is exhausting.
